Brand new 'fun and feisty' musical featuring original choreography by Arlene Phillips.

 

 

The pre-mobile, pre-Facebook, pre-online dating days of the 1970s are celebrated in this Arlene Phillips-choreographed musical. 

The Jackie of the title refers not only to the main character but also to Jackie Magazine, a weekly periodical (for those too young to remember) that was all the rage with teenage girls some 40-odd years ago. 

Recently divorced, Jackie finds herself turning once again to the pages of her all-time favourite publication, seeking out handy hints and tips about how best to get the most out of life and relationships.
Expect a soundtrack steeped in the sizzling sounds of the soaraway ’70s. Cue Cassidy, Osmond, Bolan and plenty more...

What's On has teamed up with the New Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham to offer you a chance to win a pair of tickets to Jackie The Musical on Tuesday 24 May at 7.30pm.
