Earth, Wind & Fire’s autumn 1978 chart-topping song, September, is providing the inspiration for ‘a foodie’s dream journey’ at The Cottage In The Wood in Malvern.

New dining experience The Taste Of September is available to enjoy at the popular hotel’s 1919 Restaurant.

Presented by talented Head Chef Rob Mason and his team, the initiative offers guests a seven-course tasting menu packed with autumnal flavours that promise ‘a seasonal sensory journey using exceptional local produce’.

Each dish has been artfully curated to transport diners through ‘the earthy September month’, in so doing creating ‘a symphony of taste where the essence of Earth, Wind & Fire is expressed through a culinary work of art’.

The menu includes flame-grilled Hereford beef and goat’s cheese mousse with sun-kissed tomatoes, roasted figs and drizzles of golden honey...
