The Birmingham LGBT Centre works with mainstream services providers as well as specialist LGBT organisations to act as a community health centre. Part of the Birmingham LGBT project, the centre was developed following community consultations on 2009/10 highlighting significant concerns about health inequalities in the LGBT community.
