Brought to you by the team behind MCM London Comic Con, the largest event of its type in Europe, Birmingham Comic Con is a weekend-long celebration of all things great and geeky.
Cult-television fans attending this month’s MCM (Movies, Comics & Media) Comic Con event can get their collars felt by 1970s TV tecs Starsky & Hutch, otherwise known as actors Paul Michael Glaser and David Soul. The crimefighting duo are joined by Antonio Fargas, who played streetwise informant Huggy Bear in the iconic cop series, and will be signing autographs and posing for pictures with fans. Soul, Michael Glaser and Fargas will be in attendance on both days of the show.
In addition to this holy trinity of guests and numerous other well-known names, the show’s line-up features indie writers and artists filling the Comic Village, robot wars, a Steampunk Emporium with workshops and talks, a KidsZone, eSports competitions, panel discussions, a costume-repair desk and the Cosplay Masquerade finale.
