Returning for its fifth year, Birmingham Phoenix will face four rival teams, with each match day featuring both men’s and women’s games back-to-back.
Birmingham Phoenix’s 2025 campaign gets underway in 100 days’ time, on Friday 8 August, with one of the most eagerly-awaited games in The Hundred fixture schedule – a fiercely fought derby against Trent Rockets at Edgbaston.
The local rivalry sees England stars Liam Livingstone go head-to-head with Joe Root, while the women’s game sees Ellyse Perry face off with Nat Sciver Brunt.
It’s set to be an electric atmosphere on a Friday night under the lights at Edgbaston and tickets are selling fast with more than 5,000 already sold.
It’s the first of four home games for the Phoenix, followed by the visit of Oval Invincibles on Tuesday 12 August, London Spirit on Sunday 17 August, and Welsh Fire on Friday 22 August.
Each ticket gives fans access to both the men’s and women’s matches.
The Hundred brings together live music, top DJs, street food, and world-class cricket making it the ultimate day out for families who love sport and entertainment.
With tickets starting from just £5 for under 16s and £17 for adults, it’s fantastic value. Plus, families can enjoy the action from dedicated family seating at Edgbaston, designed to create a welcoming, fun-filled atmosphere for fans of all ages.
England superstars Liam Livingstone and Ben Duckett are back for the men’s team, alongside New Zealand fast bowling trio Trent Boult, Adam Milne and Tim Southee.
The women’s team have retained Australian all-rounder Ellyse Perry as captain and England wicket-keeper Amy Jones while they’ve adding Aussie Georgia Voll as an attacking top order batter to an already strong squad.
