B:Eats, the daytime cafe and eatery created by B:Music - the music charity responsible for Symphony Hall and Town Hall, is hosting free music performances from local, emerging talent, every day from today Wednesday 28th May to Saturday 31st May.

A different artist will play at the venue every day. On Wednesday 29th May at 12pm, writer, singer, and producer, Ezrae will perform. On Thursday 30th May at 1pm it will be the turn of producer, singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Credo and then on Friday 31st May at 1pm, Staffordshire-based independent singer-songwriter and recording artist, Sarah Riches (pictured) will take to the mic.

Each singer will cover some of the iconic tracks recorded at Abbey Road in their own unique way. The special music performances are a part of the B:Music month-long collaboration with Abbey Road Studios to celebrate the Annual Music Photography Awards.

While performing, the singers will be immersed in the exhibition held in the B:Eats cafe, which showcases the winning and shortlisted images from Abbey Road’s 2023 Music Photography Awards.

Guests are invited to discover their new favourite meal from the recently developed B:Eats Spring menu, while also discovering their new favourite artist.

Diners are invited to try the Brummie Butter Chicken Thali, an authentic Indian feast, home-made butter chicken curry, pilau rice, samosa and roti, onion salad, mango chutney, and mint yoghurt or the Red Lentil & Vegetable Dhal.

Lee Hollington, Head Chef for B:Eats said, “Every time we have the opportunity to host music performances in B:Eats,it is a huge pleasure and brings a smile to everyone’s face.

What’s even cooler this time, is that through B:Music’s collaboration with Abbey Road Studios, the artists will be playing their unique rendition of legendary songs. The performances line up with the May half-term holidays, what better way to introduce your children to some of the world’s most iconic songs!”

B:Eats is open Monday to Saturday from 11am - 4pm.
