After their move from Moseley to Westlands in Evesham earlier this summer, Carters, the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant owned by the dynamic duo Brad and Holly Carter, is bringing an exciting twist to their greenhouse pop-up experience for the upcoming festive season.
As well as introducting a brand new seasonal menu, Carters are transforming the glasshouse into a winter wonderland, complete with geese, cozy firepits, drams, and a touch of snow.
From 29 November - 31 December, Carters will offer their festive lunch menu every Saturday from 12pm - 1.30pm and a dinner menu from Wednesday - Saturday, starting at 6pm. On New Year's Eve, they will host a special NYE Dinner starting at 5pm.
The Lunch menu (6 coures), priced at £65, will include dishes such as Gozney flatbread, wild duck paired with squash and Guelder Rose berries and an array of enchanting Glasshouse Treats.
The Dinner menu (8 courses), offered at £85, promises an exquisite journey with: brussels sprout salad with exmoor caviar, Cornish hake with celeriac and lovage buttermilk and pine cone-inspired delights.
Carters at Westlands has a special event planned for Sunday 10 December, with renowned chef Lap-Fai Lee.
