Popular show Circus of Horrors returns to the Midlands in 2024.

An off-kilter affair that bears more resemblance to a freak show than any modern definition of a circus, these former Britain’s Got Talent finalists here present a world beyond political correctness and taste.

With the performers dressed in a manner reminiscent of The Rocky Horror Show, there’s no denying the skill of those participating - or indeed the ensemble’s sheer ‘wow’ factor.

Their latest offering is Cabaret Of Curiosities, a production which features, among other attractions, ‘sword swallowers, whirlwind jugglers, twisted contortionists, voodoo acrobats, pickled people and hula-hooping sideshow showgirls’ - all presented against the soundscape of an original rock score.

Circus of Horrors shows at Lichfield Garrick, Wednesday 24 January; The Civic, Brierley Hill, Sunday 4 February; Albany Theatre, Coventry, Saturday 17 February; Victoria Hall, Stoke-on-Trent, Saturday 9 March; Symphony Hall, Birmingham, Tuesday 19 March. Tickets are available at circusofhorrors.co.uk
