Edgbaston Village is kicking off the festive season in style on Saturday 9 November with a Christmas lights switch-on event packed full of seasonal cheer, unique shopping, and captivating performances.

Taking over Greenfield Crescent, the beloved annual event promises an unforgettable day for the whole community.

Starting at 10am, visitors can explore the bustling Artisan Market, with 70+ stalls showcasing handcrafted gifts, artisanal foods, and seasonal delights. From unique presents to indulgent treats, the market is perfect excuse for some early Christmas shopping.

The festive energy ramps up from 3pm, when the main stage lights up with entertainment. Visitors can enjoy stunning performances by the talented Elmhurst Ballet School, sing along to Christmas carols performed by local choirs, and be dazzled by a "Frozen-inspired" performance designed to captivate audiences young and old. Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be making a special appearance to spread some festive cheer.
