Six by Nico’s brand-new menu, Italian Roadtrip, is set to take guests on a taste adventure, inspired by the authentic flavours and fresh ingredients that defined founder Nico Simeone’s upbringing.

The new offering encompasses recipes passed down from generation to generation, taking diners on a romantic journey back to where it all started.

Running from 10 March - 20 April, guests can look forward to six delicious tasting courses, offering alternative twists on Italian classics, harnessing sun-drenched Mediterranean flavours, and drawing on a heritage of family and good food.

This brand-new offering lovingly blends Italian favourites like creamy carbonara and succulent lamb with seasonal flavours of fresh tomato, aromatic basil, and crisp fennel. The details of each dish have been masterfully designed to create a dining experience that combines everything the public love about Italian cuisine and takes diners on their own Mediterranean road trip, all in one charming sitting.
