The Berlin Bar has announced that they will be opening their new Adderley Street site on Saturday 13 May.
Situated on the Bordesley Junction in Digbeth, the industrial warehouse lends itself to the Berlin-inspired underground club concept that the bar will be bringing to Birmingham.
After closing its first venue on Milk Street two years ago during the pandemic, the team have been patiently waiting for the ideal site to present itself for "The Berlin Bar 2.0”. From the brick exterior to the raw concrete floors, and low ceilings, guests will get to experience a “musical journey” with the aid of a no expense spared sound system.
Not only will the bar provide space for guests to enjoy a drink, The Berlin Bar will also play host to raves and events alike. Focusing on introducing a new techno sound to Birmingham and showcasing new local producers alongside Berlin-based artists, such as Daniel Jaeger, Mike Book, Sin:port, Maurice Mino and Bianca Banks.
Jay Kizito-Byrne, Creative Director of The Berlin Bar said “We’re looking forward to bringing The Berlin Bar back to Digbeth. We’re excited to welcome back familiar faces along with new customers who didn’t get a chance to experience us the first time around. This has been a long time coming and we can guarantee that the wait will be worth it!”
