One of Birmingham's most recognised coffee shops, Yorks Café, has announced their fourth site will be opening on Tuesday 8 October in Paradise Birmingham.

The open plan venue in Paradise, off Chamberlain Square, will feature floor to ceiling windows and two full-service bars across two floors.

The latest offering from the Yorks brand will continue to celebrate bold flavours from around the world, with a fresh and vibrant menu that has been designed to serve guests from morning into evening. The new all-day destination will continue to serve both its famous in-house roasted coffee and brunch alongside a new evening menu and a carefully curated list of natural wines, cocktails, and local beers.

The diverse menu will have something for all occasions, to meet the needs of breakfast, brunch, lunch, and evening customers, while also providing fast-service takeaway options for those working nearby or passing with an appetite. In line with Yorks’ goal to implement a zero ultra-processed food policy, the menu plans to showcase gut-positive dishes, alongside ferments, ethically sourced meats, and a wide range of plant-based ingredients.

Yorks will continue to work with local suppliers in both the kitchen and on the bar, seeing them partner with the team behind Wine Freedom for a specially curated wine list with a range of globally sourced natural wines.

Yorks Café at Paradise has been designed to create a welcoming environment, blending industrial elements with an organic charm, featuring exposed concrete walls and metal fixtures that have been softened by muted pink accents and an array of plants.

Born in Birmingham in 2012, Yorks Café is built on a foundation of passionate people, defining itself as a new-generation coffee shop, all-day café, and social space, serving food that’s inspired by the travels of its team. Since its launch, Yorks Café has quickly become recognised as one of the top brunch destinations in the country by both the Sunday Times and The Observer.

Ross Fittall, Commercial Development Director at Paradise Birmingham developer and asset manager MEPC, said: “Yorks is not just a welcome addition to the flourishing leisure and culinary offer across the Paradise estate, it’s opening also comes at a great point in the year with our busy autumn and winter seasons driving demand for places to eat, drink and relax. From breakfast and brunch through to lunch and dinner, Yorks Café will bring further choice and another independent venue to the heart of Paradise and the heart Birmingham.”
