WHAT WE HOLD ON OUR DATABASE

If you register on our website, we will ask for the following:

First and last name, email address, postcode and telephone number. All of these fields are optional with the exception of email.

From time to time we will ask those on our mailing list to take part in a Readership Survey.

Information gathered helps us find out more about personal preferences in regard to entertainment, and assists us in improving our services to meet the needs of the end user. Any storage of personal information will conform with GDPR law and only be used for its intended purpose - as stated above.

THIRD PARTIES

We will never share your information with a third party without your say so. The only exception to this is when you are selected as a winner of one of our competitions. When this happens, we will need to pass your email on to the venue / organiser to arrange your prize. We would always notify you via email / telephone beforehand.
