Celebrate music and creativity at Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery's Sun & Fire exhibition on Friday 4 April.
Visitors can enjoy the galleries to the sounds of a family-friendly DJ set, try their hand at some fun ancient crafts, listen to tales from the past at a storytelling session, feel the primal sounds of a guest drumming group and reach out to the past with historic artefact handling.
The museum are encouraging everyone to dress in gold to celebrate the treasures on display. A face painter will be on hand to add even more shimmer and sparkle.
The Museum Cafe will be open and selling food and drink and the event is suitable for all the family. £12 adults £7 children age 2+ (under 2's free). Tickets are available here.
