At Park Hall Countryside Experience you have the chance to see a lamb being born during half term.
Lambing Live takes place in their huge indoor barn, where births add to the 16 million ewes that give birth in the UK every year.
Park Hall will host the lambing event during the February half term, from 15 February - 2 March.
“Lambing Live is a special family event,” said Richard Powell, joint owner-director at Park Hall. “Unless you’re a farmer, it’s not every day that you see a live birth of an animal. Plus, the lambs are incredibly cute, so it’s an uplifting day out that the whole family will enjoy that celebrates farming life. The farm team will be on hand to educate youngsters on the new arrivals and answer any questions they may have.
“We’ve got plenty of activities going on indoors and undercover, so even if the weather isn’t great, there’s still plenty of fun to be had here with our soft play areas, tractor rides, science and music rooms, meeting the rabbits and guinea pigs, and our role play village.
“There is lots going on outdoors too, with pig racing, goat towers, rabbit burrowland, driving school circuit, play village, crazy farm adventure course, and a 40m zip wire. We hope you’ll join us at half term.”
Tickets include entry to the whole farm attraction where you can see the sheep, ponies, pigs, chickens, goats, a cow, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and two tortoises. Tickets are £13.95 online at parkhallfarm.co.uk or £15.95 at the gate.
