Popular Shrewsbury restaurant Rhubarb has launched a new tasting menu.

Available Wednesday - Friday from 6pm - 8pm, the menu features 5 courses for £44 per person with an optional wine pairing for £30.

Dishes include: wild mushroom and thyme veloute; gin and dill cured sea trout; slow cooked pork tenderloin; cashel blue cheese; and dark chocolate cremeux.
