Shropshire restaurant Embers are opening on Saturday nights for the first time from Saturday 1 March.

Headed up by Adam Purnell, aka Shropshire Lad, they will be kicking things off with Shropshire's best speciality steak night, offering a variety of cuts from their favourite suppliers: Morgans Country Butchers, Wyndford Wagyu and The Shropshire Boar Company. Every piece will be cooked to perfection (trust us on that!) over fire in a super relaxed environment.

The decision to open on Saturday nights is unfortunately at the sacrifice of their Thursday evenings, which have come to an end today.
