The Market Hall Shrewsbury have won Britain's Favourite Market 2025!
It's the fourth time they've won the prestigious accolade, the first market ever to do so.
Commenting on the win, the market have said: "Huge thanks go to the National Association of British Market Authorities (NABMA) which organises the annual Britain’s Favourite Market poll every year as part of the Great British Market Awards. The annual awards celebrate the best of British markets. Congratulations to our fellow national award winners and all our fellow top 10 Britain’s Favourite Market finalists.
"The biggest thanks of all go to the people who make our award possible - our wonderful customers, who voted in their droves, and, of course, our amazing traders and staff, without whom our market wouldn’t be the very special place that it is today.
"Our award was presented, at the Great British Market Awards, in Birmingham, today by the new Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Markets Group, our very own Shrewsbury and Atcham MP Julia Buckley, so it made it all the more poignant to be able to share this special moment with her."
