The first ever Restaurant Tour launches in Shrewsbury on Sunday 6 October.

Running from 12pm - 5pm, it offers food enthusiasts a unique culinary experience across six of the town's restaurants.

This inaugural event will showcase Shrewsbury’s diverse dining scene, with approximately 200 tickets available for the afternoon tour. Participants will enjoy signature dishes paired with drinks at each venue, providing a taste of the local culinary landscape.

Confirmed participating restaurants include: Giggling Squid, The Alb, Côte, Ol’ Chemist, Kanu Poke and St Nicholas. Each restaurant will serve its signature dish accompanied by a 125ml drink.

Attendees will use a custom app to guide them through the tour, offering insights into each establishment and its offerings.

The Restaurant Tour has already seen success in Birmingham and Liverpool, with Shrewsbury joining 20 other UK cities on the tour schedule for 2024.
