Hawks On Walks is one of the site’s most popular activities and involves a walk through woodland - accompanied by a falconer and Harris Hawk - on the neighbouring Albrighton Estate.
Battlefield also hosts bird handling and photography sessions, children’s parties and corporate events.
Enthusiasts can spend a day at the centre learning the art of falconry.
And when you’re done with the birds, head to nearby Battlefield 1403, where you’ll find a huge selection of delicious delights in the onsite delicatessen, or take some refreshment at the adjoining Sparrow’s Cafe. There’s even a nicely spaced out picnic area, should you prefer to take your own food.
