Lichfield Cathedral has been delighting its visitors for years with an annual Christmas Light Show, with it returning this year from 16 - 22 December.

Once again, acclaimed animation team Illuminos will deliver a spectacular light show around the close, and on the front of the cathedral. Visitors can also listen to popular carols, and head inside to soak up the atmosphere of this special time of year.

Entry includes after-hours access to the Christmas Tree Festival, the cathedral's gift shop and crib.

The Christmas Light Show runs from 5.30pm on 16, 17, 18, 20 & 22 December.

Plus, new for 2024, the cathedral will be hosting relaxed sessions on Thursday 19 December for anyone who would benefit from a more relaxed and supportive experience. Featuring two outside light shows only, with limited numbers and quieter volumes. These are outdoor-only sessions, and can booked here.

Tickets are now on sale at lichfieldcathedral.littleboxoffice.com, and are priced at £12.50 per adult, £10 per child, £40 for a family ticket, and under 2’s go free.
