North Staffs Mind will be bringing back their Mental Elf 5km event this December.
The family fun run will take place at Trentham Gardens, Stoke-on-Trent on Sunday 1 December.
You can choose to walk or run the 5km route, to help raise awareness of the need for better mental wellbeing in Staffordshire. The event is open to all abilities and ages, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
The fun run will raise vital funds for North Staffs Mind, the local mental health charity for Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.
Last year, the charity supported over 12,000 children, young people, and adults throughout Staffordshire through their services and projects including support groups, The Maccas Project, Speak Up Space, adult housing support, outreach in schools and mental health training and instant messaging service.
So sign up, dress up, get festive and enjoy this opportunity to raise awareness for better mental wellbeing in Staffordshire. Prizes for the best dressed Elf as well. Discounts are available for family and group/corporate teams.
Plus there is free access to spectators. When buying a running ticket just notify how many spectators are coming with you.
