Following its extensive regeneration programme, Staffordshire's Trentham Estate has launched its highly anticipated Wildlife Membership initiative.

Tailored for wildlife and photography enthusiasts, the Wildlife Membership offers unrestricted access to Trentham Gardens seven days a week, with extended hours for capturing that perfect wildlife shot. In addition to standard perks, members gain exclusive early notifications for wildlife events and activities, ensuring they never miss extraordinary moments.

As a Wildlife Member, individuals will receive a membership pack that includes a membership card, pin badge, mug, notepad, and car sticker. What's more, members can enjoy substantial discounts of up to 10% at the Garden Centre and participating stores, as well as up to 15% at select restaurants and cafes. The membership also provides early access to events and discounted tickets, reduced rates for friends & family tickets, and a remarkable 15% discount on Day Tickets at Trentham Monkey Forest. Limited to 100 members, the Wildlife Membership is priced at £300.

Earlier this year, the Grade II* listed Trentham Gardens, designed by Capability Brown, welcomed beavers into a 182-acre enclosure and parkland lake setting. Trentham Gardens is now home to a range of wildlife, including kingfishers and water voles. Within the main lake itself there is also an active heronry.

Duncan Coleman, a Wildlife ranger at Trentham said, “Whether new to Trentham or long-term visitors, I'm excited to welcome our new Wildlife Members. I've witnessed the incredible transformations and successful reintroductions of species like water voles and beavers. Now, with the launch of the Wildlife Membership, we invite nature and photography enthusiasts to be part of our conservation journey.”

Trentham recently introduced two new attractions: the Dusk Safari and Wildlife Cruises, providing visitors with a unique chance to learn about Trentham's commitment to conservation and spot a wide range of wildlife. Guests can now partake in guided Wildlife Cruises every Wednesday aboard Trentham Estate's eco-friendly electric catamaran, Miss Elizabeth. This picturesque journey around the Capability Brown Lake offers an opportunity to discover the thriving wildlife and breath-taking landscape at Trentham.

The Dusk Wildlife Safari invites guests to explore the beaver enclosure on foot, accompanied by knowledgeable wildlife experts. Witness the beavers' fascinating activities up close and gain insights into Trentham's rewilding and conservation initiatives. From a diverse array of bird species and intriguing insects to potential sightings of beavers, water voles, and otters, these safaris promise a fascinating adventure into the heart of Trentham's wildlife.
