Lichfield's wine lovers, gin-thusiasts, and cocktail connoisseurs can enjoy a relaxed tasting experience with a range of tipples from local vineyards and global merchants.

SIP! at The Hub Wine and Spirits Festival will take place at The Hub at St Mary's on Saturday 12 April, bringing together some of the best in the business for an evening of top-notch tipples, including:

• Adamthwaites – Wines by Fuchsia: An award-winning local business making the world of wine more accessible and welcoming.
• Solaris Wines: Bringing unique, small-producer wines from Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Slovenia, and Romania to the UK.
• Tipples & Tonics: From cocktail parties to bespoke drinks, these mixology pros bring creativity to every pour.
• The Apiarist: A family-run distillery producing award-winning honey-based spirits while championing biodiversity.
• Mercia Whisky: A bold, Anglo-Saxon-inspired English whisky start-up with a warrior spirit.

Each ticket includes a glass of fizz on arrival, a charcuti-cup to nibble on, and plenty of tasting opportunities to discover your next favourite drink. 

The event opens at 5pm and closes at 8pm (arrive at any time after 5pm, minimum 1hr recommended for your visit).
