Anthony Brophy (whose theatre credits include Sandpaper on Sunburn at Dublin’s Smock Alley, Blackbird with Four Rivers Theatre Co, Defender of the Faith and Character, both with Decadent Theatre) will be alongside Sean Kearns (who has appeared in Agreement at the Gate Theatre, Dublin; A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Lyric, Belfast; DruidOCasey at the Druid and Mirrorball with the Replay Theatre Company).
Director Sara Joyce said “I’m so excited to be a part of bringing this moving and funny play by one of Ireland’s greatest writers to the Belgrade. The company is fantastic and it feels like just the tonic for today. It’s a joy to be making work like this.”
