B:Music, the Birmingham music charity responsible for Symphony Hall and Town Hall, has launched its new Spring programme for 2025 which includes a huge array of live music on its two world-famous stages.

The new season showcases an array of performances at Town Hall and Symphony Hall.

On 6 February Transatlantic Sessions return to Symphony Hall, marking 30 years since the original TV series first aired. An annual focal point of Celtic Connections, the exclusive line-up combines guest singers and the celebrated house band who interweave original material with age-old tunes and songs to explore shared roots and find new common ground. 

Mary Chapin Carpenter, Julie Fowlis and Karine Polwart will perform songs from their new album Looking For The Thread - alongside music from their back catalogues - at Birmingham Town Hall on 3 March.

Other musical offerings in March include Mercury Prize-winning Badly Drawn Boy (Birmingham Town Hall, 13 March) and The Lady in Red star Chris de Burgh (Symphony Hall, 3 March), who is celebrating a remarkable and rare career milestone of half a century as a recording artist.

Celebrate the music of The Rolling Stones with Leo Green & The Icons Orchestra - the most explosive Rock ‘n’ Roll orchestra in the UK featurring a cast of incredible singers (Birmingham Town Hall, 21 March). The evening performance will feature a back catalogue of songs from the world’s greatest Rock ‘n’ Roll band including (I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction, Time Is on My Side, Get Off My Cloud and 19th Nervous Breakdown as well as 2023’s Sweet Sounds of Heaven.

Join Anastacia (Symphony Hall, 28 April) to celebrate 25 years since her debut studio album was released in 2000. Blessed with a voice that resonates across continents, Anastacia is a musical force to be reckoned with. The powerful voice behind chart-toppers like multi-platinum hit I’m Outta Love, Paid My Dues, and Left Outside Alone has captivated millions, with over 30 million records sold and countless accolades.

April also welcomes the multi-Platinum selling and Ivor Novello-winning David Gray (Symphony Hall, 1 April) and Olly Alexander (Birmingham Hall, 2 April). Both will be performing chart-topping hits and fan favourites.
