Wolverhampton’s live music scene is set to heat up this February, with an exciting array of acts performing at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre. Here’s a rundown of some of the top live performances you won’t want to miss.


RENDEZVOUS - Saturday 1 February

The vibrant live music spectacular Rendezvous stars Carl McGregor and Soul Band Project 21 featuring local artists Sofie Anné and Dayton Grey.

Carl McGregor has been a professional musician for forty years. In that time he has worked with a wide variety of artistes such as, Sir Cliff Richard, Roy Castle, Yaz, Charlie Peacock, and soul diva Beverley Knight. Carl formed the band Project 21 in 1998 which included several fellow session musicians who perform with Beverley Knight, Westlife, Girls Aloud and now they’re front and centre in their own hometown.

Expect to hear many hits that define Soul, Motown and Disco in one unmissable night at the Grand.

SEXBOMB: CELEBRATING THE MUSIC OF SIR TOM JONES - Friday 14 February

Witness the award winning impersonation portrayed by the one and only Andy Wood live on stage. Andy has built a massive and impressive reputation entertaining Sir Tom fans around the world for over 35 years.
