The Black Country Duck Race is set to return this weekend, at The Waterfront at Merry Hill, Brierley Hill on Sunday 30 June.

Raising funds for Mary Stevens Hospice, the free-to-attend event will also host street food from Digbeth Dining Club, stalls, entertainment and activities for all the family from 12pm, with the duck race taking place at 3pm.

Last year's fundraiser saw over 3,000 people attend, with over 2,000 ducks racing in the water, and raising a grand total of £17,000.

The owner of the winning racing duck will be awarded a £100 first prize and the Mick Bailey Duck Race Trophy 2024. To avoid queueing on the day, ducks can purchased online cost £3 each plus a small transaction fee for each duck.
