A limited number of tickets are still available for St George’s Day celebrations at Dudley Zoo next month.
Dudley Council and Dudley Zoo and Castle have teamed up to host two days of entertainment to celebrate the legend of St George on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 April.
The zoo has a limited number of tickets on offer for people to gain admission to the attraction from 3pm at just £5 per person.
Visitors will be able to join in the fun in the 11th century castle’s courtyard with St George themed activities including medieval re-enactments and history talks, children’s entertainers Flip & Dippy, ghost walks, face painting and craft activities.
There will also be extra animal talks taking place throughout the afternoons and on Sunday there will also be the chance to meet ‘Smoked! The Dragon’.
