The Worcester Festival, famous for providing lots of fun family activities in August is treating the people of Worcester to even more fun this year, with three jam packed fundraisers! The first fundraiser will take place on Saturday 29 March in Friary Walk (formerly Crowngate) from 11am.

A spokesperson for the Festival said: “We are really excited for our fundraising days they will be filled with all sorts of Easter themed activities for families to enjoy and our favourite people Funky Faces Face Painters will be joining us providing free face painting for everyone!”

One of the Easter activities is a free decorate your own biscuit session! There will a limited number of walk-up places available for these sessions but to avoid disappointment go on to the Worcester Festival website and pre-book a space.

Back by popular demand, the Worcester Festival team have been busy gathering prizes for their infamous tombola! Just £1 for four tickets and you could win a lovely book, a bottle of wine, a mug, a tin of custard, or some jelly!

You will also find several Summer fete style games at the fundraiser - including 'Guess how many chocolate eggs are in the jar', 'Guess the name of the giant Dinosaur', Hook A Duck, Easter themed darts and much more. With games starting from just 50p, be sure to save your pennies to come and have some fun - while raise money for this wonderful charity.

Mike Lloyd, the Centre Manager of Chapel & Friary Walk said “We are proud to have worked with, and supported, the Worcester Festival for well over a decade, and we are excited to continue this partnership in 2025. It’s wonderful to see the Festival bringing even more family-friendly fun to Worcester, and we love being part of something that brings the community together. We look forward to welcoming families to Friary Walk for a day of Easter-themed excitement and fundraising!”

The Festival will also be hosting days with the same activities on Saturday 5 & 19 April. For more information or to donate to the Worcester Festival visit worcesterfestival.co.uk
