The Malvern Hills are going to be alive with music as the highly anticipated Malvern Rocks music festival returns this August. Boasting an incredible lineup featuring over 100 performances in 12 venues across the town. The festival takes place from Friday, August 2nd to Sunday, August 4th, 2024.

While the name "Malvern Rocks" might conjure images of power chords and headbanging, the festival prides itself on an incredibly diverse lineup. Don't be fooled by the title - you'll find a whole spectrum of musical styles represented over the weekend. From soulful blues and foot-stomping folk to infectious funk grooves and intimate acoustic sets, there's even a touch of techno to keep the party going.

So, whether you're a die-hard rock fan or have a more eclectic taste, Malvern Rocks has something to ignite your musical spark.

New Venue Announcement:
Please note a slight venue change The Hideout (Red Lion, Malvern) will no longer be part of the festival this year. However, the festival team is thrilled to announce a fantastic new location - The Three Horseshoes on Poolbrook Road (WR14 3JW). All gigs originally planned for The
Hideout will now take place at this welcoming new venue.

The full lineup for Malvern Rocks 2024, including stage times and venue allocations, is now available to explore online. Dive into the exciting program and start planning your festival journey.

Malvern Rocks isn't just about the evenings! This year, the festival is thrilled to offer a special party in the park on Saturday afternoon. This free, family-friendly event organised in conjunction with Severn Arts, will feature live music, food stalls, arts workshops and activities for all ages, making it the perfect way to soak up the festival atmosphere. There will also be a Music Box bus where kids can play, sing and record instruments as they learn about music technology.

And youth performers from Worcester and Bromsgrove School of Rock will be performing on a second stage in the park, promising a fabulous day for everyone.

To keep the music playing, Malvern Rocks relies on the generosity of music lovers. Donations help us pay the incredible artists and hardworking organisers who make the festival possible. There are a few ways to show support:
