Local yoga instructor Emma Blunston, of Be You Be Yoga, will guide participants through a 60-minute yoga class, perfect for beginners and those who want gentle morning practice. The class will combine gentle yoga movement, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation, all while listening to the sounds of nature in a historic building. It really is the best way to start your morning.

Participants are asked to bring their own mat (although there will be a small number to borrow if needed), and extra blankets for additional comfort for any knee issues - due to the floor being a harder surface. The yoga practice takes place in a historic natural space at Hanbury Hall, so wildlife will be around, such as bees, insects, birds, and butterflies.
