Easter Trail 12 - 27 April
While delivering Easter eggs to Compton Verney, the Easter Bunny accidentally left his lunch in some of the baskets. Can you help find his lunch?
Kineton RAF STEM 16 & 23 April
The team at Kineton RAF STEM are coming back to Compton Verney during the School Holidays for fun-filled days of design and engineering. This activity is outdoors, unless poor weather in which case we move the activity inside.
Reflected Space 16 - 18 April
Drop in and build using mirrors, lights and reflective materials. Inspired by the latest exhibition, architectural educators MATT+FIONA will be running a creative workshop to encourage you to participate in creating a playscape spectacle.
This will be a making session drawing on the exhibition, Towering Dreams, using simple materials to transform them into playful and new imaginative spaces.
Material Makers 16 - 18 April
Mould, sculpt and twist materials. Inspired by Emii Alrai’s exhibition and the sculpture trail, manipulate a range of pliable materials.
Get Mucky Get Making 17 - 24 April
Head to the historic woodland for a creative learning session aimed at under 5s.
Supported by the Learning Team, you’ll whisk, mix and pour into each Get Mucky, Get Making session.
Play and Connect 19 - 27 April
Build, stack, channel and make the larger than life play blocks and connectors to create inventions, dens, and imagined environments.
Alongside the giant blocks will be a range of construction sets and creative resources to bring life to your inventive ideas.
Animation Camp 22 - 25 April
Are you a budding filmmaker, animator, graphic designer or just really excited to have a go at a new skills and find out more? Then this four-day animation camp is just for you.
You’ll be guided through all the stages of making an animation film, including using stop-motion an hand-drawn techniques, storyboarding, character and set design, sound recording, editing and screening.
Once you have edited your film with sound and music, there will be a screening to parents and carers at the end of the week.
