Brand new Korean-inspired concept Itaewon Bar & Restaurant will open on Station Street in Birmingham on 15 July.

Itaewon, is inspired by the district in South Korea that shares its name. Known for its diverse population, the huge melting pot of different cultures in one bustling district leads to the most international food scene in Seoul...and the ultimate inspiration for the menu.

The menu at Itaewon is where the blend of the different cuisines comes together. Serving up Korean inspired, international crowd-pleasers. Global favourites like burgers, wings and even the classic Eggs Benedict are reimagined with a twist. Sandwiched in between pillows of super fluffy home-made buns, the range of unique Korean burgers offer the flavours of Seoul in every bite.

From Korean Fried Chicken Eggs Benedict, Korean Beef Bulgogi Burger to Honey Mustard Korean Fried Chicken Wings, there is something for everyone. Sweet Croffles (croissant waffles) will be the headliner of the dessert line-up.

Drinks include modern cocktails, locally sourced brews and a handpicked selection of wines to match their menu. The refreshing Itaewon Jito made with brown sugar, lime, mint and a blend of rum and grape soju is said to be one of the highlights.

The Itaewon team have hand selected a curation of wines to complement each of their tasty dishes, including the Doppio Passo Primitivo, a medium red wine which matches perfectly with burgers and Antico Fregio Chianti with fried chicken.

Itaewon have partnered with Birmingham Brewery to offer a selection of locally brewed gluten free and vegan beer, ales and larger.
