Railway modelling enthusiasts are in for a treat when the brand-new National Festival of Railway Modelling event debuts at the NEC.

The show features more than 60 model railway layouts, free-to-use rail simulators - giving visitors the chance to ‘drive’ their favourite locomotive - and 100-plus leading manufacturers, retailers, specialist suppliers, clubs and societies.

Other show highlights include the Innovation Zone and the World of Railways Cinema.
