Chit Chat 4 U All’s retro gaming diner, the latest dining attraction at The Potteries Centre, will play host to MasterChef 2024 quarter-finalist Steve Deakin’s pop-up restaurant launch evening on Saturday 23 November, followed by monthly events for local foodies to enjoy.
The Stoke-on-Trent born chef will be debuting a new menu boasting 3 courses of Indian fusion-inspired dishes. The collaboration promises not only delicious food but also a strong connection to the local community and charitable work.
Steve Deakin said: “I was inspired by what Chit Chat 4 U All have achieved in such a short space of time in a town I love and have been brought up in. It is a privilege to work with a great team to showcase my fusion-inspired food to the public and give me a greater insight into the hospitality industry and the charity they run. I look forward to making some tasty food together at our monthly events and enhance Chit Chat 4 U All's presence in Staffordshire.”
Chit Chat 4 U All representatives Jay and Larissa added: “We are so thrilled to be working alongside Steve Deakin to bring this exciting project, and delicious food, to the people of Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area. The project will give our young volunteers a great opportunity to work with such a talented chef!”
Centre director for The Potteries Centre, Amy Whittaker commented: “We are so proud to continue our partnership with Chit Chat 4 U All and support their initiative to bring these pop-up events to Hanley. I can’t wait to have Steve bring his fabulous food into our centre, get your tickets quick as it is not one to miss!”
The first event is set to take place on Saturday 23 November at The Potteries Centre from 7 -10:30pm. This initiative marks a promising step forward for both Steve Deakin and Chit Chat 4 U All, as they come together to celebrate food, community, and charity in the heart of Stoke on Trent.
