Coventry-based Spires Chorus & Orchestra is to hold a Play & Sing day on Saturday 18 January. 

Taking place at Burgess Hall in the city’s King Henry VIII School, the event offers an opportunity to sing and play excerpts from JS Bach’s St John Passion in a relaxed environment. 

Music scores are available during registration (from 9.30am) if reserved beforehand via TicketSource. 
An informal performance will take place between 4.30pm and 5.30pm. This is open to everybody and free to attend.

The cost of participating in the Play & Sing experience is £20 (£5 for students), with refreshments available at various points throughout the day (although taking a packed lunch is recommended).
