To celebrate Kidderminster Male Choir's 125th anniversary, 8 male voice choirs will be heading to the railway on Saturday 17 August.

The choirs will be performing at stations throughout the day followed by an evening concert on the concourse at Kidderminster Station.

The following male voice choirs joining are:

  • Beverley MVC
  • Blackpool MVC
  • Bridgnorth MVC
  • Castleford MVC
  • Gentlemen Songsters (Kingswinford)
  • Hadley & District Orpheus MVC
  • Torbay Police and community choir
  • Kidderminster MC

Travel by heritage train to see daytime performances at Kidderminster, Bewdley, Arley Bridgnorth stations and The Engine House Highley with a whole repertoire of songs, set to be sung. 

Evening concert

An evening choir performance will take place at Kidderminster Station on the concourse. Doors open at 7pm with the first set starting at 7.30pm.  The second set will finish at 9.30pm in time to catch the late train back to Bridgnorth.
