Get ready to indulge your senses as the Three Counties Food and Drink Festival returns for its third year on 26 & 27 July at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern.

This year, the festival turns up the excitement with a sizzling Saturday lineup featuring some of TV's celebrated chefs.

One of the main highlights for visitors to the festival will be the jam-packed schedule of expert demonstrations from a host of TV chefs in the festival’s Cookery Theatre, an element of the event which is included in the admission price for all ticketholders.

Simon Rimmer has been waking up the nation for almost 13 years as Chef and Co-Presenter of C4’s Sunday Brunch. He will take to the stage on Saturday 26 July to share his expert cooking skills. Simon also presented Something for the Weekend on BBC Two where he cooked and interviewed guests alongside his co-host Tim Lovejoy. His podcast ‘Grilling’ launched in November 2020 and features discussions with world-famous chefs about their past experiences in the industry, and cooking hacks.

Simon has written and published five successful books, including the recent Sunday Brunch Cookbook.

Joining Simon on the Saturday is Cherish Finden, probably best known for her role as a formidable judge on Channel4’s, Bake Off: The Professionals, formerly Bake Off: Crème de la Creme. A highly decorated pastry chef, her style of patisserie marries food with art, pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved in a dessert. Her attention to detail is famously second to none.

Her fiery TV personality, perfectionism and style have been a hugely popular part of Bake Off: The Professionals. Cherish quickly gained a reputation on the series as a meticulous, no-nonsense judge, unafraid to get her ruler out!

Leading Italian chef, Francesco Mattana, also takes to the stage on the Saturday. Francesco has built a loyal following on his social media platforms, with over 840k followers across TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. Francesco is an advocate for eating sustainably and reducing food waste, which is something that he’s learned from his Sardinian upbringing where they utilise the whole ingredients.

In 2018, he turned to teaching full-time and was the Head Teaching Chef at Jamie Oliver's Cookery School in London and he has worked and collaborated with the Food at 52, Eataly - La Scuola, Emilia's Pasta, The Pasta Academy run by Pasta Evangelists and Bread Ahead Baking School.  He is currently writing his own book, due to be published in 2026.

Plus, friend of the show TV Presenter Chris Bavin returns to host the Cookery Theatre across the weekend. Chris, known for many roles including Best Home Cook and Eat Well For Less, will chat with our guests and offer an insight into what’s cooking.

There will be a fresh batch of special guests for the show’s second day on Sunday 27 July, to be announced in the coming weeks, and more news on tasting sessions for this fabulous food fuelled big weekend.

The festival offers over 160 delicious traders, family fun with a Kid’s Cookery School and much more.

Tickets start at just £12, with a limited number of VIP tickets also available for those who want to enjoy priority parking and an exclusive meet-and-greet with the TV chefs. Get your tickets now at Three Counties Food and Drink Festival
